Merlin Floate

CEO & Co-Founder

Merlin has worked with large FTSE 100 organisations and the public sector for the past 13 years specialising in major engineering, infrastructure and change programmes. Going on to found Changewell Consulting, a successful management consultancy which leveraged two unmet needs in the market: the demand for a consultancy that harnesses the experience of top-tier professionals for quick, cost-effective integration into client businesses; and the growing desire among consultants for more flexibility, autonomy, and a fairer share of earnings.

Chris has worked in the AI space for 15 years (what used to be called Natural Language Processing!), first serving 6 years in the Royal Air Force, followed by 10 years in various tech roles across multiple industries.
